attain balance in physical and emotional aspects through yoga.

peace and spread goodness in humanity and through service,
become one with the Divine. Suffering souls from all over
the country come to this place to learn the practice of Yoga
under the teachings of the Yoga Practitioners who have
been originally trained by Guruji himself. The center imparts
lessons devised by Guruji whose foundation is based on the
concept of 'Hathayoga', which gives special importance
to Sun and Moon as two significant controlling aspects
of the human body's constitution. They help in the enhancement

to any of the three courses offered, namely - Preliminary
which lasts for time span of twelve weeks and is usually free
of cost; Pranayama consisting of intense yoga practices
through Hathayog and lastly the Yoga course for Teachers
Training to create yoga practitioners who will in turn
propagate the lessons of yoga for the betterment of the society.
Apart from this, many other lessons and natural treatments
are provided cost-free for the diseases such has Spondylitis,
Bllod Pressure, Asthma and Back Pain.
